The school project is a multi-year framework shared by all the teachers. Keeping in mind students’ diversity, the project seeks to optimize the learning conditions and educational experience for the success of all the students in the school.
This is primarily a pedagogical approach centered on the student and learning. It allows the convergence of teachers’ various practices toward a common goal; it highlights the value of reflection and collective work of the educational team, a token of the consistency and effectiveness of education.
Our new school project for 2015-18 will focus on Developing Good Citizenship and a Culture of Commitment, and priority approaches will be:
- Reinforce practices for developing a balanced bilingualism, taking into account the variety of language levels
- Develop a sense of good citizenship through teaching respect for others and teamwork
- Develop a sense of environmental stewardship through teaching about the environment
