Welcome to FASP Maternelle: Preschool, Pre-K & Kindergarten:
An Exceptional Early Start!
A child’s earliest experiences with school — with discovering new ideas, with meeting and accepting others, with challenging their creativity — shape their lifelong relationship with learning, and with the world.
In FASP Maternelle (the French name for Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten), we take joy in this incredible responsibility, because we believe that every child has the ability to do amazing things when they are supported, encouraged and appreciated. Our dual-language program fosters a child’s natural abilities to learn new languages while encouraging them to explore, discover and create in a truly bilingual and multicultural environment.
Here, French and American teaching methods combine in a curriculum that develops curiosity and a love of learning, ensuring FASP students speak, read and write fluently in both French and English when they graduate.

Is a bilingual education right for your child?
Young children have an amazing capacity to learn, to adapt, and to accept new ideas and perspectives with ease — much more naturally than teenagers or adults.
This makes early childhood the perfect time to learn a second language and gain the lifelong benefits that include:
- Greater cultural awareness
- Increased reading comprehension
- Better at focusing and making decisions
- Stronger performance on standardized tests
- Higher average salaries in adulthood
Your child’s world is bigger, more interesting, more challenging and more connected than ever before.
A FASP education challenges students to leave behind their comfort zones and ensures they’re well-prepared to travel, to think outside the box, and to make their unique mark on our global society.
