STEM @FASP

At the French American School of Princeton (FASP), the STEM program is designed to complement and extend FASP science curricula by offering weekly K-8 classes that cover engineering, robotics, and coding, as well as some elements of circuitry, applied physics, and video and animation.

Key practices include:

  • problem-solving
  • research
  • collaboration
  • critical thinking
  • design thinking
  • perseverance

Recent STEM projects/events have included a Thanksgiving robotic balloon parade, a Cardboard Arcade Day, the Egg Drop Challenge, a Lunar New Year Parade, Pumpkin Chucker Week, the Future City competition, and the Inventor’s Challenge.
